Workshops and Readings

The Workshops & Readings provisions in the Independent Theatre Agreement (ITA) are designed to promote the development and exploration of new and existing works.

A workshop or reading may involve a public presentation, but the focus is on dramaturgical process, rather than production.

Related information can be found in Article 57:00 of the ITA.

Registration

Engagers are required to file a Workshops & Readings Registration Form with Equity. The form must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the start of the activity.
