The Engagement Week runs from Monday to Sunday, inclusive. If an Artist’s contract starts on Monday or Tuesday or ends on a Saturday or Sunday, they must be paid for the full Engagement Week.
If an Artist’s contract starts after Tuesday or ends before Saturday, the week’s fee may be pro-rated as a Partial Week of Engagement. The Engager must pay the Artist for each pro-rated day (including the free day), plus the applicable Insurance Top Up – a daily amount that depends on the Company Category of the production.
