The Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal Agreement (LGBA)/ Convention Collective Les Grands Ballets Canadiens (CCLGB) is negotiated between Equity and Les Grands Ballets Canadiens. The company is based in Montréal, Québec.
The current agreement expires June 30, 2028.

Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, Québec’s first professional ballet company, was founded in Montréal in 1957 by Ludmilla Chiriaeff. Today, the company includes 45 Canadian and international dancers, supported by an orchestra of equal size. It remains a cornerstone of the Canadian dance scene.
Equity’s first collective agreement with Les Grands Ballets was negotiated in 2014.
